At the show there was a special offer, and Sam440Ep could have been yours for "just" 449 Euro +VAT, which is the price that will be offered to developers. Complete systems should be about 700 Euro (VAT included). The complete system from ACube themselves might cost a bit more because they have chosen quality pieces (the Nexus case, for instance). AmigaOS 4 is not bundled right now with Sam440Ep, it should cost in the region of 70-80 Euro + VAT. The classic version is almost done and won't be delayed due to the "legal affair". It just needs finishing the installer part. ACube is not willing to wait forever for AmigaOS 4 on Sam, they have set some kind of deadline for the situation to resolve legally... Siinä voisi ajaa sitten vaikka OS3.jotain versiota, kunhan lisäksi PPC emuloisi 68k-sarjan suoritinta.   Joanna Keskiviikkona, 3. lokakuuta, 2007 - klo 22.14:    mkl: Näkemättä laitteiden skemoja yms on aika mahdotonta varmaksi sanoa onnistuuko se ollenkaan tuolla nykyisellä kytkennällä koska Minimig Chip-emulaatio tarvitsee kohtuullisen hyvän liitynnän Ram-muistiin näyttöpiirejä varten. Luultavimmin ainakin jotain muutoksia tarvitaan laitteiden erilaisuuden takia. Lisäksi Samin FPGA on eri arkkitehtuuria ja (tulkintani mukaan) hieman pienempi kuin Minimig:issä (Lattice LfxP6 vs Xinilx Spartan xc3s400) ... Ero ei ole iso joten se voisi mahtuakkin tuohon Latticen chippiin, mutta se selviää kun joku yrittää sitä sinne taitella.   Matti Kuuva Keskiviikkona, 3. lokakuuta, 2007 - klo 23.47:    Niin niin... taisivat tehdä aikanaan liian hyvän koneen kun vieläkin on vaikeuksia päästä samaan nykytekniikalla.
