Defective PPC ata3

ATA3Prefs program tests how your 68k processor performs move16 instructions. "Defective" report means that your turbo card is equipped with processor, which does not support move16 instructions correctly. Such defective series of 68040 processors where produced in US in 1991/92. When ATA3Prefs detects this problem, it informs ATA3.driver to never use move16 instructions in this config.
