Genesi haluaa mahdollisimman paljon käyttöjärjestelmiä ja ohjelmia Pegasokselle, ja sopimusta voidaan lukea kattamaan Pegasos... Mikään ei viittaa siihen että Genesi olisi halunnut Amiga-nimeä sillä tavoin kuin monet ajattelevat. Genesi tuntuu olevan ylpeä MorphOS:sta ja sen itsenäisyydestä. Enemmänkin uskon että bbrv haluaisi sanoa: "Pegasos runs Linux, Be, Amiga, Morph..." Sen sijaan yhdyn hooliganin mielipiteeseen siitä että uusin oikeusjuttu oheiskommentteineen on älytön. Ainoa suht hyväksyttävä syy minkä keksin on ennakoida Amigan ja kumppaneiden yrityksiä tehdä Genesin sopimuksesta turha tai tehoton muokkaamalla omaa kehityspolkuaan tai, kuten ovat tehneet, viitata johonkin omaan exclusive-diiliinsä Genesin sopimuksen voimat kyseenalaistamisessa..,ennaltaehkäisevä isku siis. Mutta jos viimeksi mainittu on totta, bbrv ei ole sitä syyksi nimennyt. Hänen visioosa ovat älyttömiä tai turhan itseriittoisia - miten päin asiaa nyt haluaa katsoa. Vaikka visiot Amiga Inc. -taakan raivaamisesta tieltä niin hyvältä kuulostavatkin, sitä tuskin voi hyvällä omalla tunnolla lukea sopimuksen tarkoitukseksi jota nyt puolustaa. Enemmänkin se on aika rankka tapa tehdä bisnestä ehkä alitajuisesti tasata tilejä. Eipä silti, jos bbrv onnistuisi ja avaisi Amiga-tuotteet avoimelle lisenssille, vaikea sitä olisi pahana nähdä. Itse olen ainakin siirtynyt linjalle että odotan ja katson mitä tulee kun tulee. BBRV:n tapauksessa on jo kumminkin käynyt ilmi ettei se kaikki puhe ole pelkkää tyhjää uhomamista, joten jotain tulnee tapahtumaan. Kun laskee yhteen nykyisin nähdyn BBRV:n innokkuuden tehdä sitä ja tätä, voimme kuvitella millaista vahinkoa ei-yhteistyöhaluinen hallitus on hänen visioilleen ja työtavalleen tehnyt... syytä siis molemmissa, mutta perisyy lienee hallituksessa VIScorpin tapauksessa.
