And, no, there is no statement to that effect. Maybe someone was tired and mistakenly loaded that document in a text editor, changed names, and before that someone knew it he had uploaded it to the webserver. Ooops. And it's still there. Ooops again. If it's a technical glitch, I suppose it's that infamous sed worm we've heard so much about, that replaces the string "Ben Hermans" with "Evert Carton" in all files it can find.
